Carnivore Snax describes its core products as meat plus Redmond Real Salt, using thin slices and a slow-drying process. The result is generally lighter and crisper than thick, chewy jerky. The brand says it does not use sugar, marinades or seed oils in those products, but always read the exact bag because new flavors or products may have different ingredients.
The company also notes that natural fat content and texture vary. A bag can contain very delicate pieces, fattier pieces or occasional firm collagen.
